Commission for Glover as first sergeant of the Company of Independent Cadets signed by John T. Apthorp, Lieut. Col. Independent Cadets, 6 May 1804. Commission for Glover as adjutant of the Independent Company Cadets with the rank of captain signed by Secretary John Avery and Governor Caleb Strong, 16 July 1805. Verso has note by Major General Simon West dated Boston 19 October 1805 that Glover took the required oaths and declarations. Independent Cadets membership card for Lewis Glover dated 6 May 1805. Discharge for Captain Lewis Glover, adjutant of the Independent Company of Cadets signed by Adjutant General 5 May 1810.
